In addition, he has handled matters involving energy, banking, insurance, and securities regulation by both State and Federal authorities. Mr. McConn’s geographical area of practice encompasses the State and Federal Courts in and around Houston, Texas, as well as throughout Texas and the United States. He has also handled arbitration and regulatory proceedings throughout the United States and in Europe.
